The day the journey begins, regardless of the time, counts as one working day. Even if the journey is overnight and the employee arrives at their destination in the morning, they must be allowed rest upon arrival.
It is prohibited to carry illegal items in the vehicle. If the driver sees or suspects any illegal items, the driver must request a police officer to conduct a search. This is to ensure their own innocence and the safety of other passengers in the vehicle.
The driver reserves the right to suspend or cancel the journey on certain routes or at certain times if it deems that continuing the journey may endanger the lives and/or property of persons inside the vehicle.
The number of passengers is limited to the number of seats in the vehicle, and all pets are strictly prohibited on board without prior permission.
Drivers will perform their duties with a focus on the convenience and safety of passengers in the vehicle. Driving speed is therefore not the primary factor in travel, but rather depends on road surface conditions and suitable environmental conditions.
Absolutely no drug use inside the vehicle.
For safety reasons during travel, drivers shall work no more than 12 hours, after which they must rest for at least 8 hours before continuing their journey.
For daily rentals, overnight travel will be counted as 2 days on the departure day. Return travel must not exceed midnight; if it exceeds midnight, an additional day will be charged.
